Distribution Center Receiving Supervisor

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **A Brief Overview** The Distribution Center Receiving Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations. The Distribution Center Receiving Supervisor is the front line connection leading approximately 10+ warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets. In this role, you will lead daily operations, oversee performance, and foster a high-performing, engaged team through effective leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The supervisor also plays a key role in supporting the Operations Manager by contributing to overall leadership and operational excellence. **_***Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Flexibility required as needed.***_** **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a distribution center or production environment + Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvement + Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) + Familiarity with Engineer Work Standards (EWS) protocols + Union environment experience + Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ associates + Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple shifts and departments + Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment independently + Capable of responding effectively and decisively in emergency situations + Bilingual + Bachelor’s degree preferred **Education** + High School Diploma/GED **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
