This includes developing and managing the budget to optimize costs while maintaining high efficiency and quality. The role encompasses leading the team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, providing equal employment opportunities, and developing talent to support business growth. The DC Manager collaborates closely with the Quality Assurance, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and Compliance teams to establish and enforce quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to J&J's quality policies, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) guidelines, and EHS regulations. Furthermore, the position is responsible for site maintenance, infrastructure management, and ensuring operational continuity, with a focus on lean processes, safety, and site excellence. **In this role you will oversee these key responsibilities:** + Management of cross sector distribution center and transportation (inbound and outbound) + All warehousing and distribution functions for the cross-sector facility. This includes accountability for inbound and outbound freight as well as adherence to safety, legislative and organizational policies and procedures.
