**Overview** **Scope of Responsibilities** : Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks **Job Summary:** Responsible for the general building maintenance including equipment up-keep, and facility cleanliness. **Responsibilities** **Job Duties:** + Maintain floor cleanliness utilizing associated equipment + Dispose of facility trash + Baling of corrugated cardboard + Maintain facility restrooms + Responsible for general maintenance of: 1. Sealing and patching floors 2. Miscellaneous painting 3. Washing and cleaning of tote boxes 4. Minor repairs + Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs + Perform other duties as assigned **Job Skills Required:** + Must be able to lift 40 pounds + Palletize freight to a height of 8” + Successful completion of all mandatory training **Qualifications** **Education:** + Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience:** + Preferred: Previous experience, but not required **Special Conditions of Employment:** + Drug test + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position **Compensation:** $16.00 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
