Acushnet Company, home of the Titleist brand, is seeking **Distribution Associates** to support golf ball manufacturing operations in our **Lakeville, MA** facility. **Job Title:** Distribution Associates **Location:** Lakeville, MA **Shifts & Pay: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm: $19.38/h** **2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11pm: $20.15/h** **What’s the Job?** As a **Distribution** **Associate** on our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach golfers around the world. Your responsibilities will include: + Handling materials for receiving, replenishing, picking, and preparing shipments. + Flexing into tasks as needed based on team priorities. + Unloading cartons from inbound containers/trailers and preparing them for storage. + Replenishing picking locations at pallet, case, and unit levels. + Picking customer orders (full case and unit level). + Loading cartons or pallets onto trailers for shipment. **What We’re Looking For** + Previous warehouse experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at various heights throughout an 8–10-hour shift. + Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance expectations. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Respect for safety, quality, and organizational policies. + Effective communication and teamwork skills.
