 What You will Do:

Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managersHandle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling Processing shipments for both domestic and international Ensure adherence to environmental management and systemsTrouble shoots shipping issues, inventory, documentation and customer complaints that arise and work to solve themUtilize SAP to pull daily Pick Fail Reports, and WIP reports on parts entering the floor.Utilization of the phone/email to address and respond to queries into specific parts.Use Excel and associated programs to track and manage inventory levels, draft reports on trends within the warehouse.Work with management to adjust, and alternate tasks on a as needed basis.Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and shipping labels, and bills of lading  

What You Will Bring:

1 year experience in logistics, shop floor experience is a plusBasic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles Strong organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Range: $24.03/hour - $25/hour


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements:

 This role is considered an on-site position located in Monroe, NCYou must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Travel requirements:  No travel is required for this role


Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
