**Location:** 2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM **Contract term:** 18 months **Summary:** The core responsibilities of a Distribution Associate I include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing of products. **What You Will Do:** + Inspect, sort, verify, and receive incoming goods against packing slips and invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies. + Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment. + Complete cycle counts of inventory. + Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped. + Report any discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance. + Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time. + Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company Standard Operating Procedures. + Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations. **What You Need:** _Preferred:_ + High School Diploma + Post-Secondary education (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus) + Warehouse, inventory experience Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
