Distribution Administrator

Summary: Seeking a Distribution Administrator with experience in customer service and sales order management to handle quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination using SAP.

Requirements:

AA/AS degree in a related field with at least one year of experience, or high school diploma/GED with two years of experience. Experience in Customer Service, Sales Order Administration, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, Material Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, or Inventory/Production Control. Ability to accurately calculate figures such as order totals, credits, discounts, and percentages. Self-starter capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Preferred Skills:

SAP knowledge preferred; SAP in sales is advantageous. Background in aviation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming materials using SAP. Manage spares sales orders including entry, acknowledgement, changes, and fulfillment coordination. Verify accuracy of spares order booking into the SAP ERP system. Maintain current communication via Microsoft Outlook and customer portals. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and establish positive relationships. Provide regular updates on spares order status and delivery performance. Address customer complaints regarding shipments or invoices.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
