Summary: Seeking a Distribution Administrator responsible for managing spares sales order activities, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring timely customer service using SAP and Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements:

AA/AS degree in related field with 1+ year experience or high school diploma/GED with 2+ years experience Experience in Customer Service, Sales Order Administration, Supply Chain, or related areas Ability to calculate figures such as totals, credits, discounts, percentages Legally eligible to work in the country of employment Experience with ERP based Sales Order Management systems; SAP preferred

Preferred Skills:

Previous Spare Parts support experience in airline/electronics manufacturing & repair industry Certification & Training in Customer Service or APICS Inventory/Planning or ISM Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials utilizing SAP Perform spares sales order management including quotations and invoicing Verify spares order booking and entry for accuracy in SAP ERP system Respond promptly to customer requests via Microsoft Outlook mailbox and internet portals Address customer complaints regarding shipments and invoices

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
