Distribution Administrator

Summary: Seeking a Distribution Administrator with expertise in SAP for managing spares sales orders and ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements:

AA/AS degree in related field or high school diploma/GED with relevant experience Experience in Customer Service, Sales Order Administration, Supply Chain, etc. Ability to calculate order totals, credits, discounts, percentages Legally eligible to work in the country

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP based Sales Order Management systems; SAP preferred Previous Spare Parts support experience in airline/electronics manufacturing Knowledge of Import/Export regulations and purchase order terms & conditions Certification & Training: Customer Service or APICS Inventory/Planning or ISM Supply Chain a plus

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials using SAP Manage spares sales orders including quotation, entry, changes, status updates Verify accuracy of order booking and entry in SAP ERP system Respond to customer requests/orders via Outlook and internet portals promptly Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time shipment and delivery commitments

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
