**Based in Houston (Dallas Route) Adecco is assisting a local client for a** Customer Relationship Coordinator/Dispatcher to join a growing team. As a Customer Relationship Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be instrumental in fostering strong and lasting relationships with valued customers. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities:** · Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building rapport and establishing strong, long-term relationships. · Answer all calls and dispatch. · Work with Site Manager on dispatching and routes · Understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored support and solutions. · Proactively communicate with customers regarding product updates, company news, and relevant information. · Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. · Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex matters appropriately and ensuring timely resolution. · Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless customer experience. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, documenting interactions and key information. · Prepare reports on customer relationship activities and key metrics. · Stay informed about our products, services, and address customer questions and provide relevant information. · Contribute to a customer-centric culture within the organization. · Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. **Qualifications:** · High school diploma or equivalent. · Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor. · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level. · Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts. · Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experience and exceeding customer expectations. **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
