What will you'll be doing?

 

Validate customer deduction: Using contracts, invoice history, and customer correspondence. Investigate & Resolve:  Invalid deductions through documentation and communication with internal or external stakeholders. Process credit memos and financial adjustments: Based on investigation outcomes. Contribute to System improvements: Providing user feedback or training others. Mentor and support:  Level I team members to ensure consistency.

 Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree is a plus, depending on role complexity. 2–4 years of relevant business, financial, or administrative experience including working knowledge of key processes and systems for this functional area. Experience in retail, wholesale, or large company environments is a plus. Computer Experience: Excel (above average), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint SAP or equivalent Comfortable working with reporting tools
