Provide support to Key Account Managers in the Display Sales Group. Create statistics and reports. Help organize and execute Display events, promotions etc.

Key responsibilities

Keep contact with open market distributorsPrepare daily, weekly, ad hoc sales reportsSupport the related Order Desk Staff and Supply Chain Management CoordinatorSupport the work of Key Account Managers and Product ManagersParticipate in brainstorming and planning sessionsAssist in organization and execution of Samsung events, campaigns, etc.Undertake general administrative and clerical duties Provide general assistance to other staff as required

General responsibilities:

Aware of the objectives of the position, reports and analyses the results and proposes future actionsResponsible for obtaining results correctly and in timeResponsible for using the assigned fixed assets properlyTreat company information, operation and documents confidentialAware of the company policies and internal regulation and acts accordinglyPerform other activities and tasks which are delegated to employee by the line manager keeping in mind the legal regulation

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

min. BA/BSc degree or in last semester of universityMS Excel, Word and Power Point literacy (experience in SAP is an advantage)Fluent English and Hungarian is a mustGood cooperation and communication skillsPrecise, organized way of workingAbility to work under pressure
