Dispatching Operations Manager

I. Job Summary
Manages collection routes and driver/laborer performance on a daily basis. Spends majority of time in office managing processes to drive service. Does provide coaching to drivers/helpers as needed and will support field-based activity.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
**Team Leadership**
+ Actively monitors driver progress to ensure efficient operations and service needs are met.
+ Monitors Resource Center for updates from Field-Operations Manager and communicates with Field OM on real time issues.
+ Hub for communications including all Ring Central calls from drivers, all incoming calls, emails, TEAMS messages as well as proactively contacting internal/external customers
**Dispatch Management**
The expectation is that the Dispatching OM supports the efficiency and safety of the field-based team. Dispatch responsibilities vary depending on the line of business supported but some key responsibilities include:
**CS/RS**
+ Route commercial/residential customers from Awaiting Tool.
+ Verifies that all routes and OBUs are running all line items as well on OCSD route orders panel. Scan OCSD panel to check on route status and verify completion of tickets.
+ Complete Zero sequencing/verify time windows for all customers from staging routes and cases in MAS
+ ERL prior day commercial stops: verify geocoding, verify routing solution and update route in ERL, verify sequencing, update container note field(s), update time window fields, etc.
+ Verify OCSD panel for next day, communicate any gaps to OM
+ Manage tickets to include making assignment where necessary, manage ETA and MPU ticket, manage HOC panel real time, new priority orders and close tickets as needed.
**Roll Off**
+ Review all work and prioritize tickets received same date/late day prior. Manages all VOIDS and TRP tickets and confirms accuracy.
+ Actively monitor driver progress and ensure distribution of work and ensure completion of same day work and identify carry overs as early as possible. Manages out dial/carryover processes and proactively communicates with customers
+ Routes next day work and reviews overall work assignment in OCSD and ensures reassignment of carry overs.
+ Sets up OCSD panel for next day, process all route panel updates and send end of day communication.

+ Associate’s degree (accredited
+ must be at least 18 years of age
+ legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
+ Driver's License Valid Driver's License

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $82,125 - $120,462. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
