Sentara Obici Hospital is seeking a full-time Patient Transporter to join our dedicated healthcare team! This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to begin a meaningful career in healthcare.

As a Patient Transporter, you will play an essential role in supporting our patients and hospital staff by safely and efficiently transporting patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the hospital. What You’ll Do:

Safely transport patients to and from various areas of the hospital.

Provide comfort, support, and excellent customer service to patients and families.

Assist hospital staff by delivering equipment and supplies as needed.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
