Responsibilities Answer customer calls within a busy officeSet and schedule technician appointments for jobsEnter customer data into the computerRespond in a timely fashion to customer queriesResolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements QualificationsWhat do you need
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/educationOne or more years of experience as a dispatcherAvailability to work in office Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pmAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointmentsDemonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet and exceed set goalsExcellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computerComputer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and WordKnowledge of the local geographic territoryAbility to pass background check and drug screeningIf you are interested in joining our successful, growing team, please apply today!
