We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will act as the central communication hub between customers and field technicians—ensuring service calls are scheduled efficiently, routes are optimized, and customers receive timely, professional support.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first approachServe as the primary point of contact between customers and techniciansSchedule and dispatch service calls using efficient routing and prioritizationCreate, update, and manage service orders with a high level of accuracyAdjust schedules in real time to respond to changing service demandsResolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and service issues effectivelyMonitor job progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of calls, service orders, and schedulesMake outbound calls to confirm appointments and provide status updatesCollaborate with operations and leadership to improve workflow and efficiencyUtilize CRM and scheduling systems to manage and track daily activityRequired SkillsExperience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in a service-based environmentStrong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presenceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilities with a focus on quick resolutionProficiency with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling toolsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfactionQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious dispatching, scheduling, or call center experience preferredFamiliarity with home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plusExperience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan preferred) is a plusComfortable handling both inbound and outbound callsWork Environment

This is an office-based role where you will spend the majority of your time on the phone and working on a computer. You will coordinate closely with field technicians and internal teams while managing a steady volume of service calls in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
