Qualifications: 2-3+ years of dispatch experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office).Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments.Strong communication skills for verbal and written interactions.Experience in utilities, HVAC, EMS, or related fields.Skills in customer service, data entry, administrative support, and dispatch customer service.

Work Environment

The work hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with remote work available on Fridays after training.

Brand new corporate office in Naperville with updated workspace.

There will also be opportunities for overtime.

Job Description

Effectively manage daily workload by review and reallocation of work to ensure a timely response to all required work; normally responsible for approximately 50 calls/day.

Manage day-to-day technician workload, having the ability to identify, prioritize, and effectively dispatch emergency work in a timely and accurate manner, while providing best-in-class service to our customers.

Ability to perform effectively as a self-starter in a high-stress environment.

Utilizing strong decision-making skills to effectively manage resources to meet company and customer requirements.

Use of Google Maps to route technicians efficiently.

Strong communication skills to be able to report up to management issues, errors, customer complaints, etc in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
