We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to assist our HVAC team by managing calls from both commercial and residential clients. You will handle commercial calls by tracking orders and providing project updates, while consumer calls will be routed to technicians to address any issues. Additionally, you will support the order entry team during slower periods. Your role will include managing inbound customer inquiries about appointments and making outbound calls to drivers to ensure they have their daily schedules and commitments in order.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
