We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Dispatcher to keep our service operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems on the fly, and keeping a busy team on track, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for client service callsSchedule and dispatch technicians for emergency and routine serviceSupport daily scheduling with operations managersTrack job progress, technician hours, and job completionSet up new jobs in AS400 and internal dispatch systemsMaintain logs, tracking sheets, and service documentationReview work orders and prepare them for billingEnter materials, charges, and job details from technician ticketsResearch costs, vendor invoices, and warranty eligibilityCreate purchase orders and assist with payroll routingHelp onboard new technicians and support HR with incident reportingProvide coverage for team members during breaks or time offWhat You Bring5+ years of administrative experience in construction, HVAC, utilities, or similar fieldsStrong MS Office skillsExperience with AS400 or dispatch systems (a plus)High attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAbility to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environmentWhy You’ll Love Working HereA tight-knit team of four in a friendly, supportive officeA culture that values teamwork, direct communication, and stepping in when someone needs helpStable hours, a comfortable work environment, and a company that appreciates reliability and initiative

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
