Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Dispatcher to join a construction company in Kissimmee, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position requires excellent coordination skills to manage concrete orders, schedules, and communications effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality service. Responsibilities: • Manage and place concrete orders while coordinating schedules with foremen and superintendents. • Organize and maintain mix designs based on project requirements and supplier specifications. • Review upcoming orders with the Superintendent to ensure readiness and accuracy. • Collect and organize tickets from concrete foremen for proper documentation. • Maintain daily communication with teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • Sort, scan, and file documentation to keep records up-to-date and accessible. • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of concrete and other materials. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. • Monitor dispatch systems to track deliveries and optimize workflow. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in the construction or civil site development industry. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. • Familiarity with call center operations or computer-aided dispatch systems. • Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and logistics. • Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and project teams. • Proficiency in scanning, sorting, and filing documentation. • Knowledge of concrete materials and mix designs is a plus. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
