DISPATCHER
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiates and coordinates movement of vehicles and Couriers in response to both routine and emergency situations
Serve as liaison between the Couriers and the various departments
Maintains accurate listing of Couriers’ daily assignments
Provides information and assistance to Couriers on road/weather conditions and locations
Maintains activity logs
Prepares various productivity and efficiency reports
Vehicle Maintenance is logged and kept current
Manages all back-office functions including CRA, Debrief and QCC
A. Sc in Logistics or Business Administration
2 years’ experience in a Logistics or Customer Service environment
Clean Police Record
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must possess a valid General driver’s license older than 3 years
