Responsibilities: + Service Coordination: Scheduled and dispatched technicians for service calls to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer needs. + Calendar Optimization: Managed detailed calendars and schedules to maximize technician availability and enhance service coverage. + Customer Service: Professionally responded to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Service Ticket Management: Accurately completed and submitted service tickets, maintaining thorough task records. + CRM Utilization: Leveraged CRM software and operational tools to track and update customer information and monitor service progress for improved client satisfaction. + Team Collaboration: Worked collaboratively across teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow alignment. + Client Assistance: Provided guidance and support to customers throughout the service process, ensuring a positive experience. + Operational Efficiency: Monitored service requests, proactively prioritized tasks, and reported scheduling conflicts or challenges to supervisors to sustain efficiency. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or scheduling role. • Proficiency in CRM software and other computer programs used for scheduling and customer management. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inbound calls and address customer needs effectively. • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and coordinate service dispatches. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to complete service tickets accurately. • Problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts and customer concerns. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Familiarity with the security industry or related fields is a plus.
