Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee installation projects ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and support the success of our operations. Responsibilities: • Schedule installation appointments to optimize efficiency and ensure timely project completion. • Monitor pending installations, verifying product availability and labor readiness. • Oversee the installation pipeline by updating jobs and closing completed tasks daily. • Prepare and manage installation paperwork. • Assign installation crews based on their expertise and project requirements. • Track inventory orders and provide timely updates on estimated delivery timelines to stakeholders. • Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues. • Process payments and funding for completed jobs while adhering to company standards. • Handle permit submissions and prepare approval packets as required. • Perform accurate data entry for contracts and installation-related documentation. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or scheduling. • Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to thrive in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experience in home improvement or home services is a plus. • Effective communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence. • Proven ability to perform data entry and maintain accuracy in documentation.
