Description We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Dispatcher to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position involves coordinating service operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive on teamwork, take ownership of tasks, and excel in delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities: • Create and manage work orders, including scheduling and tracking progress in client portals. • Verify warranty coverage for services and communicate details to clients. • Generate purchase orders based on input from Superintendents and Managers, ensuring accurate invoice matching. • Process general invoicing and follow up on outstanding billing matters. • Notify clients about service schedules and promptly address any delays. • Develop and manage proposals while conducting follow-ups on pending approvals. • Assist with onboarding new employees to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. • Ensure payroll timesheets are accurate and follow up with employees as required. • Maintain inventory records for trucks, equipment, and warehouse materials. • Coordinate compliance-related tasks, such as subcontractor agreements and fleet registrations, with relevant managers. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching or coordinating logistics. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively. • Familiarity with call center operations or computer-aided dispatch systems. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in managing invoices, payroll entries, and inventory records. • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients and team members. • Experience in handling compliance-related documentation and agreements. • High level of adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
