**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
+ Monitor delivery progress in real time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality
+ Use dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
+ Document delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under pressure
+ Familiarity with dispatching systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
+ A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
+ Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering outstanding service
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems. It requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing schedules, and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
