Description We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Ceres, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position within the construction industry, where you will play a vital role in coordinating operations and ensuring seamless communication. Responsibilities: • Manage and operate a multi-line switchboard to handle calls efficiently and professionally. • Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch personnel to various job sites. • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and maintain financial records. • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and tracking expenses. • Communicate effectively in Spanish to support business operations and liaise with Spanish-speaking clients or team members. • Monitor and address inquiries or issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow. • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for dispatch operations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in a dispatch or administrative role. • Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems. • Demonstrated ability to handle accounts payable tasks with accuracy. • Familiarity with QuickBooks and its features. • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to conduct business conversations. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • Previous experience in the construction or contractor industry is a plus.
