Description We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in coordinating installation projects, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between customers and crews. Responsibilities: • Schedule installation appointments efficiently to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. • Monitor and manage the pipeline of projects, ensuring updates and closures are completed daily. • Verify product arrivals. • Prepare and organize paperwork so crews are equipped for scheduled projects. • Assign installation crews to projects based on their skills and availability. • Track inventory orders and provide timely updates on expected delivery times. • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues. • Process payments and funding for completed jobs while adhering to company standards. • Handle permit submissions and prepare documentation for necessary approvals. • Perform accurate data entry for contracts and installation-related paperwork. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or scheduling. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction. • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and high-pressure work setting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Experience in home improvement or home services is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, including phone and email correspondence. • Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
