Description We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team in Oakwood Village, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires in-office work and involves coordinating incoming calls, routing them efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication processes. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, technical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Responsibilities: • Manage and efficiently route incoming calls while adhering to department protocols and quality standards. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely responses and resolutions for customer inquiries. • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all relevant information is captured and updated promptly. • Monitor alarm systems and respond appropriately to signals or notifications. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Office 365, to create reports and maintain records. • Provide technical troubleshooting support and resolve minor issues independently. • Uphold a detail-oriented and customer-centric approach in all interactions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. • Participate in training sessions and adapt to schedule changes during the onboarding period. • Maintain a business casual dress code and represent the company professionally. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching or a related field. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address concerns effectively. • Proficiency in typing, spelling, and grammar to ensure clear communication. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of alarm systems and their operational protocols. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry. • All candidates are required to undergo background checks and drug screenings prior to placement.
