Scheduling Requirements:

Full-Time, Days40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

Medical Telecommunicator-Communications Training Officer (CTO) for Mobile Health, with 2 years of medical dispatch experience within RWJBHThe CTO will be tasked with educating and onboarding of the new medical telecommunicatorsThe CTO is responsible for answering 9-1-1 telephone calls and other telephone calls, screening them according to the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resourcesThe CTO will utilize a Computer Aided Dispatch system, radio communications system, and telephone system to communicate with units in the field, update their status on assignment, and ensure the safety of all personnelThis position requires superior communication skills and customer service skills
