Job Responsibilities :

The Dispatch Clerk is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries by coordinating dispatch operations including safe transportation of goods, documents or products as needed and performing driving duties when is required. This role also involves handling shipping documents, updating dispatch records and communicating with internal departments to plan and execute dispatch schedule efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform daily dispatch duties as assigned.

Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups documents or parcel to ensure smooth operations.

Liaise with supervisors/superior and internal department for delivery arrangements, including banking document delivery.

Assist with key employees travel arrangements for business meetings.

Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and keeping it in good condition.

Be available to standby during and outside office hours, including occasional late hours on weekends or public holidays as required.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director or designated company personnel.

Requirements

Well organized; able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records in a proper manner.

Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and excellent routes navigation.

Able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Able to work under stress and remain calm in any circumstances.

Good communication skills.

Proven experience as dispatch experience is an advantage.
