As a **Lodging Operations Intern** , you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting Disney Cruise Line Guest experience. The Disney Signature Experiences Intern Program is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and Story Living)! Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027. **Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026.** **The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL.** **Responsibilities** + Assist lodging leadership with operational projects and process improvements + Support the coordination of shoreside and shipboard lodging initiatives, including housekeeping, laundry, and stateroom operations + Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Crew Operations, and Shipboard Leaders) on reporting, scheduling, and workforce planning + Research and provide recommendations on industry trends and best practices related to lodging and Guest service + Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing insights for leadership to drive continuous improvement + Contribute to presentations, process mapping, and documentation for leadership reviews and project updates **Required Qualifications and Skills:** Our ideal candidate is a dynamic person.
