**About the Role & Program**
Join us for the opportunity to intern with the Disney+ Creative Marketing team! We are responsible for creating A/V, digital, OOH, and static creative awareness marketing materials for the Disney+ Brand, the Disney Bundle, and some title-specific A/V and reversions for International Campaigns. We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to join the team as a Creative Strategy and Campaign Management intern.
This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank, California for the duration of the program. The approximate dates of this internship are September 2025 through December 2025. The role reports directly to the Director, Marketing Strategy.
**What You Will Do**
You will be responsible for supporting the Creative Strategy and Campaign Management team in the planning and execution of strategy and creative development for Disney+ Brand and Bundle campaigns.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Supporting the team in maintaining long lead planning documents, including creative campaign calendar and Airtable, to guide the creative marketing team
+ Assisting with campaign overviews, post-mortem documents, and curation of strategy and marketing materials for reports to senior management and the larger marketing organization
+ Partnering with Creative Strategy managers on the development of strategic briefs and overview decks to be used in internal and agency creative development kick-offs
+ Attending, participating, and providing notes for creative briefings, status meetings, agency meetings, and internal meetings, as needed
+ Collecting and communicating agenda items for Creative Strategy-led meetings
+ Researching and creating reports into relevant topics, such as industry news, competitive analysis, cultural deep dives, to be used to inform campaign creative strategy and target audiences
+ Assisting the Creative Strategy and Campaign Management team with ad-hoc projects and requests
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs/Slides/Sheets), Photoshop, and Airtable
+ Basic knowledge of brand strategy, marketing, and creative advertising
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
+ Experience working in collaborative environments while also able to work independently
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Thrives in fast-paced environments, works well and stays organized under pressure, and strong ability to balance multiple projects at once, pivoting and prioritizing as needed
+ A love and curiosity for the entertainment industry
+ Previous experience working in the entertainment industry
**Education**
+ Junior or Senior year preferred
+ Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
+ Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Possess unrestricted work authorization
**Additional Information**
+ Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
+ The approximate dates of this internship are September 2025 through December 2025
+ Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
+ Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area
+ Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
