Be the Spark! Join our dynamic Food Services Team, where every day is different, and you will always be engaged with meaningful work!

The Dishwasher operates the industrial dishwasher and ensures cleanliness of kitchenware. This position supports food services staff by assisting with dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role contributes to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation while supporting the team in delivering excellent service.

 In this role, you will: 

Provide friendly, prompt customer service Wash dishes and food packaging containers Assist in preparing meals for groups Set up meals, deliver snacks to onsite meeting spaces, and clean kitchen and dining hall Ensure a high level of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food preparation Assist in storing supplies using the first in first out method, rotating stock, and ensuring proper storage of products Assist with general maintenance and cleanliness of the site and provide support with other duties as required Perform other duties as assigned

You bring:

Food Handlers Certificate, First Aid, WHIMIS is an asset Experience working in an institutional kitchen is an asset Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays are required Excellent customer service Energetic and enthusiastic personality Excellent communication skills Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and building a sense of belonging
