The dishwasher works in the kitchen and is responsible for cleaning dishware, silverware, service ware, and all kitchen equipment. This position is part-time and hours are driven by the Old National Event Plaza’s event schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Leads cleaning of all serving equipment and utensils.

Maintain a safe work environment and ensure cleanliness in all areas.

Clean all food and beverage prep and servicing areas, which include kitchen and back hallways. 

Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work well and as a team with other staff members

Must be results oriented with the ability to meet the required timelines

Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to local health codes

Have an exceptional attention to detail

Understanding of basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires stooping, lifting, walking and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 30lbs on a regular basis.
