Technical Services (TS) is one of four business areas within Wood Nordics and has been established to drive the company’s continued growth in new markets and services, including Marine, Low Carbon Solutions, Engineering Services, and Digital Services.

As part of our Digital Services team Wood is seeking a leader with a strong drive to further develop and commercialize our CAD services within engineering across the Nordics.

Digital Services (DS) focuses on asset information, smart digitalization, and turning data into measurable value. We are consolidating capabilities and people across these areas to build a stronger, more coherent service portfolio with clear ownership and accountability. This includes services spanning data management and data operations, application utilization, system integration, and efficient LCI services, as well as high‑fidelity 3D visualization, digital twins, and advanced scanning technologies. Together, these capabilities enable us to better connect the physical and digital worlds and deliver differentiated value to our customers.

Job Description

Wood is seeking an experienced CAD Manager to take overall responsibility for our CAD discipline, including people leadership, technology development, commercial performance, technical compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is central to ensuring high quality, efficient, and competitive CAD services delivered across engineering and asset lifecycle projects.
