As a **Sales Director** at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and leading a regional sales team across Mexico, Brazil, and Central and South America. Your strategic vision and leadership will be essential in achieving revenue growth and expanding market share for our UOP LATAM business.
You will report directly to our **Jose Fernandes, LATAM President and VPGM ESS** and you’ll work out of our **Rio de Janeiro** location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by guiding the sales team towards achieving and surpassing revenue targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage the regional sales team to drive business growth and profitability.
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
+ Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
+ Work closely with the internal teams and multiple stakeholders not only in LATAM but also in other countries as US, Europe and EMEA
+ Lead a team of sellers focused on Lifecycle Solutions Technologies, Process Technologies and Sustainable Technology Solutions businesses.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the O&G or related industries.
+ Strong understanding of the LATAM O&G refining market dynamics and customer needs.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
+ Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to drive performance improvements.
+ Spanish, Portuguese and English Proficiency
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience in the refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries.
+ Ability to navigate complex business environments and build strong customer relationships.
