We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic clinical leader to deploy, scale, and evolve the global wellness strategy within Trust & Safety at Concentrix.As the Trust & Safety Global Wellness Leader, you’ll shape the operational strategy and framework that supports the mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing of our workforce across multiple regions. You will partner closely with senior executives, operational leaders, and psychological health professionals to deliver a best-in-class support model that ensures our people can perform sustainably in a high-impact environment.
This role demands a rare mix of operational excellence, empathetic leadership, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be responsible for translating global wellbeing ambitions into actionable delivery plans across regions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and measurable impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where employees who protect our online community can thrive: mentally, emotionally and professionally.
In this role you will be a subject matter expert and able to provide thought leadership in the areas of psychological health, wellbeing engagement and overall employee health in the workplace. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to create effective strategies and action plans that raise awareness, educate and drive employee wellbeing, enhance mental health and keep people engaged. Close collaboration will be required with leaders throughout the organization to identify areas of opportunity in hiring, training, and policy, among others.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global wellbeing and resilience strategy for Trust & Safety, aligning regional delivery with global objectives and business priorities.
Operational Excellence: Build and oversee the operational systems, governance structures, and performance frameworks that enable seamless, high-quality delivery of wellness initiatives across multiple regions and geos.
Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and a shared sense of mission across regions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to senior Trust & Safety, Client Success and People Solutions leaders, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure programmes are locally relevant yet globally coherent, with attention to regional regulation, culture, and workforce needs.
Data and Insight: Evolve and deploy a robust measurement framework to evaluate programme performance, engagement, and impact. Use analytics and insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance systems and automation, and create scalable tech-led solutions that support sustainable growth.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain global standards of privacy, safety, and risk, ensuring ethical and compliant wellbeing operations across all markets.
Thought Leadership: Champion wellbeing innovation in Trust & Safety, staying ahead of emerging trends in workforce resilience, psychological safety, and crisis response.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years managing Employee Wellbeing and/or Psychological Health programsPost-graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Workplace Wellbeing or similarExperience within Trust & Safety, content moderation or a similarly high-intensity environmentExtensive experience leading large-scale operations, wellbeing, or resilience programmes in a complex global organisationDeep understanding of wellbeing principles, mental health operations, or employee support frameworks in a corporate or technology contextStrong commercial acumen and operational skillset, including budget ownership, vendor management, and delivery optimisationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions based on insightsExceptional relationship management skills; able to influence, align, and mobilise senior stakeholders across diverse teams and culturesExperience leading distributed teams and fostering collaboration across time zones and disciplinesStrong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneouslyProven ability to adapt and work creatively in a problem-solving environment
