About the jobReporting to the VP of Transformation, the Director of Transformation Management Office is a pivotal role within Foundever, responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This individual will lead a team of experts to coordinate and integrate various transformation projects, ensuring they align with the broader organizational goals and financial targets. Coordinates and integrates transformation initiatives to ensure seamless execution. Ensures alignment between various projects and initiatives. Manages dependencies and resources effectively.Project Portfolio Management
Oversees multiple projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prioritizes projects based on their impact and resource availability. Monitors progress and adjusts plans as needed.Strategic Roadmap Creation
Develops long-term strategic roadmaps. Aligns roadmaps with organizational goals and financial targets. Tracks progress against milestones and adjusts plans as necessary.Performance Measurement
Independently measures project and organizational performance. Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracks them. Provides regular performance reports to stakeholders.Leadership Engagement
Engages leaders across the organization. Facilitates leadership workshops and training sessions. Ensures leaders are equipped to support transformation initiatives.Risk Management
Identifies potential risks associated with transformation initiatives. Develops risk mitigation strategies. Monitors and reports on risks throughout the transformation process.Governance and Reporting
Establishes governance frameworks to ensure compliance and oversight. Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track progress and performance. Ensures transparency and accountability in transformation activities.
Continuous Improvement

Experience in Transformation Management Leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Successfully delivering transformation projects.
