Pfizer is seeking a senior leader in AI & Data Science to build and lead a best-in-class team focused on AI accelerators within commercial analytics. This role is responsible for hands-on development and deployment of Agentic and LLM products & solutions, to support faster, proactive, and insight‑driven human decision‑making. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in ML/LLM/Agentic with a strong consulting and product management background. You will collaborate cross-functionally to empower agentic AI led decision-making, accelerate business transformation, and deliver measurable business impact.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, and AI, and is responsible for defining what to build and why, ensuring the accelerators delivers measurable business value across markets and use cases.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Agentic Platforms
Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Ensure alignment with commercial strategy and leadership expectations
Use Case Definition & Value Realization
Identify and prioritize high-impact decision use cases
Define business outcomes, success metrics, and ROI
Continuously track value realization and adoption
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central orchestrator across:
Decision Architects
Agentic Engineering
Data & Semantic teams
UX & Market teams &
Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders
Product Backlog & Delivery Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog and release planning
Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery in collaboration with engineering teams
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Engage with senior commercial leaders and global stakeholders
Lead product demos, feedback loops, and prioritization discussions
Drive decision-making with clarity and data-backed insights
Adoption & Scaling
Work with market teams to drive adoption, training, and feedback loops
Identify opportunities to scale use cases across brands and geographies
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in data, analytics, or AI-driven products
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (business + tech + data)
Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade platforms
Experience in commercial analytics, pharma, or healthcare is highly preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI/Agentic systems is a strong plus
Technical Skills
Proficient in Python and/or R, with solid understanding of advanced statistics
Strong hands-on experience in ML/LLM/Agentic platform development & deployment
Knowledge of API, MCP, cloud environments and data engineering workflows
Agentic Workflows ( multi step reasoning, reinforcement, Eval etc )
Business & Domain Skills
Proven ability to translate data insights into commercial recommendations
Understanding of marketing intelligence, third party pharma data, media planning, budget optimization
Knowledge of pharma markets, HCP/DTP promotion strategy, and compliance
Ability to partner with marketing, finance, brand teams to influence decisions
Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership
