**As a member of Payroll product management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the NextGen global Payroll Platform offering that are easy, smart, and human-centric** . In addition, this role will be responsible for modernizing the current Payroll Platform to meet the needs of our business and internal ADP associates. You will offer deep domain expertise to the product team and will lead the vision and delivery for strategic cross domain capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in Global Payroll features and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of platform based working model, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful product lifecycles.
**In this role, you will deeply understand and contribute to the product strategy for Payroll Platform. You will lead and influence the cross-functional teams’ decision making with the domain and industry knowledge** . You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with product strategy. You will champion a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision making, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise. You will be the liaison across the product team and the cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, UX, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products. You will ensure the platform is flexible and scalable to meet diverse customer needs in multi-country environment. You will engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements. You will communicate product updates, roadmap, and vision to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction and address any product-related issues or concerns. You will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. You may conduct or facilitate periodic reviews and assisting in strategic planning, budgeting and leadership presentations and communication. You will be responsible for managing a team of product managers providing mentoring and thought leadership.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO:** _Responsibilities_
**Leadership & Strategy:**
+ Develop and execute a strategic vision for the payroll platform, aligning with key business objectives.
+ Use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the GMT and operationalization of the platform
+ Own various strategic planning processes – defining monthly/quarterly roadmaps and deliverables along with rollout strategies.
+ Participates in planning and identification of key performance indicators and ROI tied to strategies.
+ Prepare presentations, business proposals, and other communications with excellence and flair, for executive audiences
+ Collaborate with other SLT members to determine and prioritize business strategies.
+ Provide tactical support and oversight and/or leadership for special projects and business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
+ Lean in with recommendations and consultation to improve alignment across the ecosystem, to drive partnerships and growth.
+ Assist with assessing the risk when business decisions are made.
+ Draws strategic and tactical conclusions from analyses to make recommendations and influence go-to-market strategy.
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
+ Provide strategic direction ensuring alignment with business priorities.
+ Recruit, retain, and develop top talent, building a strong pipeline of future leaders
**Business Partnership & Insights Delivery**
+ The position identifies meaningful synergies and relationships with products and services and presents strategies and findings that can be effectively implemented within organization
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the business, providing data-driven recommendations that influence key business decisions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams within the Global Product & Technology team and with the Business to align efforts with broader organizational goals.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_
+ **8+ years of enterprise technology and product management experience.**
+ **Strong understanding and experience with Payroll domain.**
+ **Experience managing PaaS.**
+ 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and adoption.
+ Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that genuinely improve their lives.
+ Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive business growth.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
+ You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

+ MBA or advanced degree.
+ Experience in payroll, HCM.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $102,100.00 - $273,150.00 / Year
