Find your purpose as the Director Surgical Services with Rice Memorial Hospital and Willmar Surgery Center. The director is responsible to provide and execute operations to support patient and family centered surgical care at the CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital (including Perioperative Services of pre, interop, post op areas, and SPD) and the Willmar Surgery Center. This important role with provide leadership, coordination, direction and development of teams and/or programs for services of responsibility. The role is responsible for cross-functional leadership of programs and services necessary to meet patient care needs. This position role models and supports an environment conducive to positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers. Is responsible for the retention and development of qualified staff while enhancing communication and feedback throughout the department.
Schedule Details:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday – Friday, primarily 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On-site at Rice Memorial Hospital Perioperative Services and Willmar Surgery Center

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Minnesota required Minimum of 3 years in perioperative services along with preferred clinical management experience required Experience preferred in facilitating reviews conducted by local, state and national regulatory agencies Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card required
