This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and information to best execute the company’s goals while maintaining cost-efficiency and service excellence. This individual will report to the End to End Leader for NA Flavors This role is responsible for the supply chain activities related to demand planning, scheduling, logistics, commercialization, and the warehouse network execution. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of supply chain strategies while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk through effective commercial and vendor management. In addition to the NA Flavors supply chain responsibilities, this position will seek synergies across different business units by developing, fostering, and spreading best practices through the broader ADM network. This role will take a leadership position in addressing any challenges related to meeting customer order expectations and mentoring all teams involved. The position will work cross functionally with the commercial and development teams to ensure their customer related and product development initiatives are properly aligned and executed through the value chain. The position is responsible for facilitating, fostering and enhancing the S&OP process for the region while acting as an subject matter expert for the broader ADM businesses. This role is responsible for fostering and developing a leadership team to ensure that all customer requirements are met through efficient, cost effective supply chain execution.
