Location:  This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in any EMEA country.

Travel: ~10% (including international)

Lead Otis’ global travel procurement strategy and drive transformation.
We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to own our global travel commodity—optimizing spend, enhancing supplier partnerships, and delivering measurable savings across air, hotel, car rental, and more.

Your Role

Own the Strategy: Design and deploy global travel procurement strategies using market intelligence and best-in-class tools.

Drive Compliance & Savings: Maximize use of approved travel management companies, reduce personal card usage, and hit annual productivity targets.

Lead Globally: Chair a cross-functional global travel council to shape policy, pricing, and supplier relationships.

Negotiate & Optimize: Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contracting to secure discounts and reduce spend.

Define KPIs: Establish clear metrics—advance booking adherence, class-of-service compliance, rebate maximization, and regional/global savings.

Analyze & Present: Use Excel and travel analytics tools to extract insights and present recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate & Improve: Conduct regular reviews with travel partners to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Otis’ standards.

What You Bring

10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong track record of strategic impact.

5+ years of direct experience managing travel-related commodities (air, hotel, ground transport, etc.) preferred.

University degree

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages commonly used across the EMEA region is highly desirable.

Proven ability to exercise independent business judgment and drive strategic initiatives across global teams.

Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contracting expertise, with a focus on cost optimization and supplier performance.

Demonstrated capability to lead complex data-driven analysis, synthesize insights from internal and external sources, and develop actionable solutions.

Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and present persuasive business cases.

Credit Card Program Implementation: Experience rolling out corporate credit card programs across EMEA and APAC regions.

Systems Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive-level presentations.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead multi-regional sourcing projects from strategy through execution.

Remote Leadership: Experience managing distributed teams and working effectively in a matrixed global organization.
