ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Strategy plays a critical role in executing and supporting the organization’s strategic priorities under the guidance of the Vice President of Strategy. This role is responsible for conducting sector and market analyses, overseeing portfolio management initiatives, managing strategic projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

ROLE PROFILE

Act as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of Strategy and senior leadership, preparing and presenting advanced strategic insights, market analyses, and actionable recommendationsDevelop long-term scenarios and strategic options based on market trends, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics.Lead and influence the management of the company's investment and operational portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.Drive cross-functional transformation projects focused on revenue growth, cost efficiencies, digital innovation, and organizational agility.Design and oversee impact measurement frameworks to assess the progress and success of strategic initiatives.Develop and coordinate complex projects spanning multiple departments, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.Represent the strategy function in high-stakes forums, internal executive leadership meetings, and external industry engagements.Oversee performance reviews of portfolios and strategic initiatives, identifying insights for value creation and risk management.Lead research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts influencing the company’s long-term positioning.Drive thought leadership initiatives, supporting the company’s reputation internally and externally as an industry innovator.


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.10+ years of senior-level strategy experience, ideally including consulting, private equity, portfolio management, corporate transformation or industry leadership.Proven track record of leading complex projects, strategic analysis, and engaging with senior stakeholders. Transformation experience is a plus.Strong sector knowledge relevant to the organization’s industries, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Influential communicator and collaborator at senior levels.
