RemoteRemoteThis position is responsible for building and driving our Strategic and Digital Recruiting model - defining the model of strategic alliances, building partnerships/recruiting offices with local workforce boards, and identifying and targeting new and unique talent pools to build our talent pipeline. This position will implement consistent and effective recruiting processes. These processes will include new and innovative approaches to recruiting that optimize leading edge resources, tools and technologies and that align with our US Staffing strategies and initiatives. Additionally, this position will provide the focus and strategies needed to increase our capabilities in recruiting in the digital space, which will support us in developing our premiere talent/employer brand.• Define and deploy the model for strategic alliances for attracting talent: oone stop offices oeducational institutions oother institutions to leverage national relationships• Develops others so they can be their best and attain higher levels of achievement• Drives commitment to achieving our Vision• Uses thought-leading research to enhance the brand in the marketplace and create improved revenue opportunities with strategic alliances and clients• Partners with governments, corporations, media, academic institutions and/or industry associations to learn and deliver on our brand promise as thought leaders• Development of recruiting strategies to address: o Vertical industries o Digital technology oDiverse populations oTraditional staffing business models• Define and deploy a Digital recruiting strategy• Implement and optimize the use of Kiosks for attracting talent• Develop a strategy to maximize social networks to target specific populations including training our teams to be able to do so.• Implement and optimize candidate studios for efficient candidate sharing• Establish, track and report consistent metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting techniques.•Define and deploy a training module and integration of new methods of recruiting to improve skills and proficiency in the models and processes described aboveThis position is responsible for building and driving our Strategic and Digital Recruiting model - defining the model of strategic alliances, building partnerships/recruiting offices with local workforce boards, and identifying and targeting new and unique talent pools to build our talent pipeline.
