ADP is hiring a Director Strategic Planning for Data Solutions - Strategy, Operations, and Innovation Team. The Strategy director will partner closely with ADP executives to define, communicate, and drive ADP’s data commercialization strategy, measure value realization from our data and AI efforts, and play a central role in delivering our AI and other data initiatives – all at the most exciting of times – an inflection point for enterprise AI. In this role, you will -
Help devise and communicate ADP’s data commercialization and AI strategy and operational plans with a particular focus on our B2B business encompassing Analytics, Benchmarking and verification services Identify and evaluate new opportunity areas for new B2B product lines and formulate product plan in collaboration with B2B GM, product and GTM team Develop reporting and project status dashboards for B2B GM looking across products workstreams; work closely with finance to track performance of existing initiatives and perform ad-hoc financial deep-dives Partner with BU leaders, Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and more to drive the planning and implementation of strategic data and AI initiatives Conduct in-depth market and competitive assessments on the use of AI and Analytics in Financial Services, Data, and HR Tech companies to identify opportunities and risks Partner with executives to identify new data strategies and initiatives as well as continuously shape existing onesNo two days are the same. You will identify new opportunities, estimate value from products and/or partnerships, collaborate with domain leaders to enable execution and track impact across functions. Your role is critical to the Strategy, Operations, and Innovation team, meaning you will have both broad exposure and impact, but also the opportunity to dive deep and execute individual projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
MBA Preferred Experience pre-MBA - Post MBA in a consulting firm preferred Experience developing and evaluating strategies: identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting market research and analyses to test key hypotheses, developing execution plans Comfort with reading and using financial statements Strong analytical skills Strong problem solving skills Exceptional oral and written communications Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams; a person who thinks and acts at the senior level Ability to travel Up to 10% depending on specific projectsBase salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
