ResponsibilitiesLupin Pharmaceuticals is seeking to appoint a Sr. Director / Director Talent Acquisition & Strategy for the US sites, based in Bridgewater, NJ, reporting to the SVP, Human Resources for the Americas and EMEA. The role will operate at a strategic level as well as recruiting senior personnel, managing a team of recruiters and liaising closely with Total Rewards and Senior Management in the appointment of senior positions into the Company. The postholder will design, share the strategy and execute accordingly, partnering with key stakeholders in HR as well as the client groups. The role will be liaising closely with Learning & Development to understand the current and futures opportunities. The role will be an onsite position in Bridgewater, NJ.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Document a detailed TA Strategy through to 2030 aligned with business needs. Build an annual plan to support the approved strategy and share updates as requested.Securely implementing AI and other technologies to ensure the most efficient methods are deployed to source the highest effective candidates and ultimately employee(s)Maximize the brand, Lupin’s purpose and value proposition, providing exceptional candidate experience and communicating regularly throughout the process.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates. Assist leaders on devising job descriptions for senior positions as neededManage and develop the TA team to achieve and exceed on targetsAnalyzing statistics and presenting at meetings as needed, and using the information to assess goalsWorking with Executive Search firms as needed maintaining confidentialityPlay a key role in developing the new Recruitment system and retaining the previous system for a period of time as neededUse social media to help build a robust pipeline of talentEnsure your approach to sourcing is diverse and inclusiveReview the marketplace to provide updates at the monthly HR and Business update meeting QualificationsExperience & Qualifications
Third level education in business, human resources, or a similar subject/fieldA minimum of 15 years’ experience in positions of growing responsibility, ideally in pharmaceuticalsHighly proficient with an applicant tracking system as well as assessing a best-in-class system and implementing a new system as neededEvidence of continually growing the strategic importance of the department and team membersExtensive experience managing team members, setting agreed goals, performance reviews etc.Demonstrable experience building internal and external relationships and influence as needed internallyProvide quantifiable statistics and reports to Manager, peers and the Executive Leadership Committee.Collaborative, Team player, Leader & mentor, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $180,000 to $230,000, plus a discretionary performance bonus (based upon eligibility). The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Lupin is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in an office environment.
