Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role plays an instrumental part in the way the brand is portrayed and leveraged in association with all our partners within the China market and ensures through partner activation we continue to raise the awareness and image of adidas as the leading Global Brand.
Key driver and implementer of how the brand to activate sports partners, to maximize the ROI of sports marketing and delivering towards the brands position as the top in sports.
To optimize and leverage the category activation plans, create synergy among categories and manage portfolio via a horizontal perspective.
Drive and coordinate the horizontal partnerships for the brand.
Capture key partners’ sports moments and develop plans around how to activate and execute from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and support the execution of seasonal activation plan for top partners, working closely as the connector between Comms / Partnerships team to local partner managers Ensure Brand campaign gets Landed with top partners in an elevated way to relay the brand message with impact locally Lead cross-category seeding efforts locally by connecting key adidas footwear with partner high visibility moments to drive brand heat via top tier portfolio Coordinate MWB consolidation among categories. Anticipate and optimize all contractual appearances of top partners towards marketing framework needs Connect on a regular basis with global pt teams to exchanges on best practices and challenges to execute the marketing strategy locally Support partner activation tracking tool maintenance of top market partners Coordinate gifting of key products to local portfolio for exceptional drops Develop brand icons image and positioning in GCA via local tours coordination support as well as strategic use and placement of campaign content Weekly newsletter sharing. Cross-category sports moments amplification. Manage horizontal partnerships such as universities. Other horizontal topics.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business / marketing Minimum 12 years’ experience working in Marketing, preferably with some experience in Sports Marketing and/or Strategic Planning.
