Summary: Seeking a Director specialized in solid waste management to lead engineering design, client relations, and project oversight.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required

P.E. or P.G. registration required (preferably Florida) or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months

12 years of relevant experience in the solid waste industry

2 years of consulting experience required

Experience managing project financials and leading technical teams

Knowledge of applicable regulations and permitting requirements

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Responsibilities:

Lead interactions with clients and develop junior staff

Oversee design and permitting teams as Engineer of Record on projects

Focus on solid waste management including landfill gas, landfills, composting, and transfer stations

Manage engineering design, client communications, project management, and staff coordination

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
