The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. **What You'll Do:** The Director of Retirement is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving a holistic retirement strategy that delivers a robust retirement savings option to help our associates prepare for their future and ensure the firm is compliant with all applicable retirement laws and regulations. This role ensures the organization's retirement plans are integrated into the broader employee experience and culture strategy. Through cross-functional partnerships, data-informed program design, and alignment with inclusion and accessibility goals, this leader drives adoption of financial well-being initiatives. Oversees selection, contracting, and performance management of external vendors, platforms, and consultants. Ensures all solutions are aligned with the organization's strategy, inclusive in design, cost-effective, and deliver measurable outcomes. The Director also partners with the Principal for Retirement and prepares proposals and information for applicable committees and executive groups in the US and Canada to ensure appropriate plan governance for retirement plans. + **Retirement Program Optimization** - Responsible for plan design and benchmarking to ensure plans remain competitive with peers and market. + **Ensure Regulatory Compliance** - Responsible for applicable compliance and audit support, including SOX, non-discrimination testing, and SOC-1 reviews for vendors + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner with HR, Partnership Accounting, Finance, Legal, and applicable committees and stakeholders to align plan development with business strategy and applicable regulations. + **Promote Resources and Engagement** - Design campaigns and communication strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and utilization of retirement resources and education materials. + **Measure and Communicate Program Impact** - Utilize internal data and vendor metrics to assess program utilization, satisfaction, outcomes, and business impact. + **Vendor and Partner Management** - Oversee relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to ensure program delivery is high-quality and aligned to strategy. + **Design and Execute a Holistic Retirement Strategy** - Lead the development and ongoing refinement of a multi-dimensional retirement program strategy that enhances financial wellness of associates across all segments of the workforce. + **Alignment with Total Rewards and Culture Strategy** - Ensure retirement programs complement compensation, benefits, and recognition efforts while reinforcing organizational values and culture. + **Thought Leadership and Benchmarking** - Stay abreast of emerging well-being trends, tools, and regulatory developments to inform forward-looking program design. + **Governance and Leadership Reporting** - Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and governance committees on program performance and associate trends.
